Sunny, quiet 1+kk apartment (30 m2) with a balcony and open views, located in a quiet area of prague 4 - písnice. The apartment includes its own lockable outdoor parking space. Nearby is the modřanská rokle nature park and the entrance to the southern ring road. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the apartment (buses 113, 331, 333). The kačerov (c) metro station is a 15-minute drive away. The area also features the well-known sapa market, offering various goods from food and drugstore items to clothing, as well as restaurants. The apartment was newly built in 2012 and is designed as a single, undivided living space with a kitchenette, storage space, and a bathroom with a toilet. You can sunbathe or watch the sunset on the southwest-facing balcony. The bed has storage space and can be folded into a single bed. There is also a desk, a dining table, two chairs, two armchairs, and a sofa bed. You can separate the relaxation area from the kitchen with a curtain. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, an electric hob, a hood, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. There are two large wardrobes in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and cleaning supplies. An iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are available. Wi-fi is included. The furniture arrangement has several variations, so you might find the apartment differently arranged than in the photos. Every piece of furniture, except for the wardrobes, is easily movable. There is a common room on the ground floor for storing bicycles. Only dogs are allowed as pets. When staying with dogs, bed linen and towels are not provided.
