Bienvenido a nuestro encantador apartamento situado en el corazón del casco antiguo de valencia, a pocos pasos de la histórica plaza del carmen. Ubicado en una calle tranquila, este moderno, cómodo y luminoso apartamento ofrece el espacio perfecto si eres un nómada digital que busca un acogedor espacio de trabajo. El espacio nuestro apartamento cuenta con dos cómodos dormitorios, lo que garantiza un buen sueño nocturno para todos los huéspedes. El baño individual y moderno está limpio y en buen estado, lo que te proporciona todo lo necesario para refrescarte y relajarte. La cocina de concepto abierto está totalmente equipada con todo lo esencial que necesitas para cocinar tus comidas favoritas, desde el desayuno hasta la cena. Es un espacio perfecto para aquellos que disfrutan cocinar o simplemente quieren la comodidad de comer en casa. Junto a la cocina, encontrarás la bonita, cómoda y brigh sala de estar, con un cómodo sofá perfecto para relajarte, también en esta zona encontrarás un precioso balcón con una mesa y dos sillas, ideal para disfrutar de tu café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche. El balcón es un lugar encantador para relajarse y disfrutar de los tranquilos alrededores. Diseñado para ofrecer una experiencia de hogar lejos del hogar, nuestro apartamento es moderno, cómodo y está lleno de luz natural, creando un ambiente luminoso y acogedor. Ofrecemos wifi de alta velocidad, lo que lo hace perfecto para el trabajo a distancia. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples. - as a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times. - in order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for ac will be 24o c in cool mode / 25oc in heat mode. - no parties or events are allowed. - you are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform - typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request. - please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 eur / between , will have a supplement of 30 eur, to be paid at check-in time. - the building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, i kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00. - undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night. - upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may - please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment. - it is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises. - smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. - pets are not allowed. - damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage. - if you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment. - please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay. - you will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.
