Please note that in order to be accepted, you must forward some documents: id/passport, enrollment from university/internship or work contract, payslips from your guarantor as well as their passport. Also, once you are accepted through uniplaces, you are requested to transfer to your landlord the deposit, admin fee before move-in, and cleaning final fee before move-out. Move-ins can be scheduled during weekdays only. Pets are allowed but there is an extra deposit fee of 500. Anmeldung is provided. The rental period for this listing is between 3-24 months.
