Easy access with public transport to all parts of warsaw close metro station, many buses and trams. Very well connected with schools and universities, e.G., lazarski university, vistula, sgh, wut warsaw university of technology, sggw, warsaw university etc. Upper mokotów is prestigious and one of the most desirable districts to live in warsaw. Many nice events take place regularly in the vicinity, e.G.
