Important information regarding your booking: * a security deposit and administration fee must be paid shortly after your booking is accepted and before you move in. * move-ins are only possible on weekdays. * you must cancel your contract with the accommodation provider at least two months before moving out. * contracts can be terminated on the 15th of the month or at the end of the month. The only exception is december; move-outs are only possible at the end of december. * please allow two business days for booking confirmation, contract signing, and advance payment transfer. * the photos are for illustrative purposes only. Age restrictions: * private rooms: maximum age 39 * private rooms with ensuite bathroom: maximum age 45 * entire property: no age limit rental period: 3-24 months
