This spacious one-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the top floor of a building with an elevator, meaning it's quiet and bright thanks to its exterior location. It's also very well-connected, with many restaurants and amenities nearby. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a hallway, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bright living room with an open kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for four, while the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, from an induction hob, an oven/microwave to a nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine. On the second level (mezzanine) you'll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and bedside tables. There's also an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The apartment boasts two balconies overlooking the street and plenty of natural light, and the double-glazed windows guarantee a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The apartment is also equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet to stay connected with loved ones or to work from home. There are two split air conditioning units to ensure a comfortable temperature in any season, as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothesline for your convenience. Bedding and towels are included for your use in the apartment, and the cleaning fee refers to the cleaning after your departure.
