Please note that the security deposit and admin fee must be paid shortly after your booking is accepted and before moving in. Move-ins are done only on weekdays! You must also always cancel the contract with the accommodation provider at least 2 months before moving out. The contract can be terminated on the 15th or at the end of the month, except in december, where moving out is only possible at the end of the month.
