Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking is accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done only during weekdays! You must also cancel the contract with the accommodation provider at least 2 months before moving out. The contract can be terminated on the 15th or at the end of the month, except in december, when move-out is only possible at the end of the month.
