The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (mezzanine) in a building with an elevator. It has an entrance hall with a technical room with a washing machine and dryer, a living room with a tv and seating area and a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven and ceramic hob, dishes, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
