The outlet shopping center paddock is a short 2 min walk. Lots of big parks all around and the canal de l'ourcq which goes straight to paris ideal if you're biking. The area is houses only and this is a dead end street so really quiet and peaceful compared to the rest of the zone. Rental period for this listing is between 3 - 24 months
