We are renting a one-room apartment in split, meje district. The apartment is located in a private building, on the third floor, in a quiet environment. It has its own privacy and you will feel as if you are in your own home. It consists of one bedroom, living room (which is partially furnished), kitchen, bathroom, large terrace and balcony, and has a parking space in front of the building. The property offers a beautiful open view of the sea and the islands. Ideal apartment for one, possibly two people. If the tenant wants a fully furnished apartment for long-term rent, the owner is open to all options regarding decoration. Pets and smokers are not welcome. Long-term rental! 1 deposit is required!
